I'm a Phnom Penh–based legal researcher. I've worked on Cambodian private law, arbitration and regulatory affairs since 2011. I read the country's legal and political interior in Khmer and render it in publishable English — the translation layer between a system that is hard to read from the outside and the tribunals, investors, editors, chanceries and scholars who need to understand it.

The work runs in two directions. To the world, I explain Cambodia's legal interior: sober, sourced, and accurate. To Cambodia, I help explain the world's legal machinery — arbitration, trade law, compliance.
